NorylŪ Polyphenylene Oxide

Modified PPO shapes, sheet and film maintain their key properties over a wide temperature range (-40°F to 275°F), depending on the resin grade. Made from NORYLŪ resin, they remain stable resisting creep and deformation under load.
In addition to their thermal stability, they have high impact strength and are mechanically tough, providing dependable,long-term performance. Modified PPO products have an extremely low water absorption. This low water absorption capability means long-term dimensional stability in a variety of heat and moisture environments.
These products also exhibit excellent electrical properties. Changes in relative humidity, high temperatures, and a wide range of frequencies have virtually no effect on these properties.
NORYLŪ resin is UL94 rated V-1 at .058" thick.
